In order to assure you that your payments and your financial information are secure, all our payments are processed through PayPal. If you are paying by credit card, you do not have to have a PayPal account; you can use your card as a Guest. Once your payment is processed, PayPal sends a notification email and we will contact you promptly to get your service started.
Charter Member Discount
- If you purchase a listed service, you will retain the same pricing as long as it is offered.
- You must agree to provide attributable feedback (written, email or video) when the service is complete. Some organizations are reluctant to do this; your input can be anonymized to "Jane D, financial services industry, Tacoma WA". [Sure, a CPARS entry counts].
- You (or whoever pays for the service) will receive a rebate of 10 percent of the purchase price when we receive the feedback within 30 days of the first iteration of the service being completed. It does not have to be all positive to get the rebate: we are willing to provide it to get genuine feedback so we can reinforce what is best and improve on the rest.

Pricing notes:
- Charter Pricing: Pricing shown reflects a 25% discount offered during the company's early years of offering the services. The discount is conditional on customer agreeing to provide attributable (partially-masked) feedback on their experience of the offering. Should such feedback not be received within 30 days of the completion of the service, an invoice for the balance will be sent.
- Firm fixed price: All offerings on this page are firm fixed price, paid up front as part of the credit card transaction. Fees and terms for larger consulting efforts will be as negotiated. 25% of the price accounts for setup and the initial planning/scoping/orientation and is not refundable. The remaining 75% of the purchase price can be refunded if services are cancelled up until 5 days after the initial planning or introductory call.
- Federal discount:
- Jump-Starter workshops are reduced to Federal GPC maximum for micropurchase transaction
- 6-month Strategic Subscription cannot be treated as 6 separate micro-purchases. You would have to obligate the full $10,800, which is discounted to $10,000 for full one-time payment.

- 6-month Strategic Subscription. The total monthly fees of $10,800 are discounted to $10,000 for full up-front payment.
- 6-month ad-hoc advisory support. This is paid for up front and, since it is priced at $3500, Federal agencies can buy this package as a micropurchase on GPC.
